WP2 - Exchange & Secondments
WP2 is in charge of organization and monitoring of secondments during the project, both outgoing and incoming.
The main objective of this work package is to strengthen science and technology capacities of RBI researchers to successfully participate in research activities at Community level and the FP7 programme, and beyond (Horizon 2020) thus strengthening the existing research potential of RBI.
The present human resources will be strengthened by exchange of Know-How through close interaction with knowledgeable and experienced partnering organizations.
Therefore, the main task of the WP2 is to implement the exchange of know-how by organizing trans-national two-way secondments involving 40 RBI researchers and 36 partnering organizations.
Secondments will be performed according to following plan shown graphically.
